Q: What software do you use to make the products?
A:
We currently use a wide variety of software and hardware to produce the
products, including: 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier
Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Particle Illusion, Sony HDR-FX1
Q: Can I get an invoice for tax purposes?
A: An invoice can be printed directly from our new website for tax purposes. If you need special requirements, please contact us.
Interface FX
Q: How easy is it to use the buttons?
A:
We have set up each button for ease of use. You can copy and paste the
button an unlimited amount of times without having to adjust the code.
You can add further code to the button simply by clicking it and using
the actions panel.
Q: Are all your button products on a transparent background.
A: No, only the products with the words, This button is on a transparent background, within the preview window.

Q: Where can I use my product?
A: Please see the License Agreement and Terms of Use links below.
Q: Can I use my product in a template?
A:
By reselling the clip in template form, the License Agreement and Terms
of Use are broken. Please review the complete License Agreement and
Terms of Use.
Q: Can I use the preview.fla in my projects?
A:
You can use the preview.fla in mock ups and pitches to clients. They
cannot be used in commercial work in any form. Please review the
License Agreement for usage of the preview .fla files.
Purchasing
Q: Do I have to wait for my product?
A:
In most cases once your order is verified and approved and has passed
all fraud detection, the product will be available for download
immediately. You must be securely logged in to the website to click on
the download link. In some cases, orders may need to pass additional
checks for a transaction before releasing the product. This usually
takes a very short amount of time but can take up to 24 hours.
Q: Is purchasing from your site safe?
A: Yes, we use paypal and 2checkout for purchases. Both systems have a very secure payment page.
Q: Please explain what I get when I buy a fla-swf product.
A:
The fla - swf .zip contains a flash mx, flash 8, flash 9, and flash CS
version of your chosen product (also opens in mx2004). The .zip also
contains a .swf file for designers without access to Flash CS or MX+,
which can be easily added to an html page.
Q: How do I receive my product?
A:
After your purchase has been processed, you will receive an email
confirming your order. Login securely to the website, and click on the
Orders link at the top. If your order was successfully charged, and the
order status shows Approved, your items will be available for immediate
download by clicking on the Order Number. This download link will be
open for 24 hours after you first click the link and can be downloaded
up to 5 times.
Video based products
Q: Which Flash player will the fla-swf products work in?
A All fla-swf products are designed to work in flash player 6 and above.
Q: How big are the published swf filesizes?
A:
The filesize of each published swf is shown in the info box to the
right of the preview window. This is the filesize when outputted from
Flash MX.
Q: Can I increase/decrease the dimensions of the video clip.
A:
The video clips work in the same way as imported images. Resizing them
can often give a pixelated, over compressed look. The best way to see
how it works is to download the preview.fla of the desired clip and try
resizing it to fit your dimensions.
Q: How easy is it to use the video clips within my Flash project?
A:
All video clips are embedded in a movie clip on the main timeline. All
you need to do is copy and paste this movieclip into your current
project. By downloading the preview .fla, you can see exactly what the
product will be like. The only difference is the embedded watermark.
Q: I need a video clip in different dimensions than you offer, what can I do?
A: You can buy the uncompressed version and use an editing program to resize or crop the file to fit your dimensions.
Q: Can you make clips larger than the ones available?
A: Sorry, we no longer offer customized solutions for larger clips.
Q: When I publish the preview.fla, the .swf is larger than it says on the site.
A:
The watermark on the preview.fla can sometimes add an extra amount of
kb to the outputted .swf. The purchased product will have the filesize
stated on the website.
Q: The filesize is too big, can I compress the clip further?
A:
Yes, you can change the jpg settings in flash (within the library). You
could also purchase the uncompressed version and set your own settings.
